Additional Description on External Handwheel for KND-K10M System
I.  Parameter Selection
1.   Set HPG=1 for system parameter 007, the handwheel function is active.
2.   Set EHPG=1 for system parameter 007, the external handwheel function is active. In this case MSPL of parameter 006 is set automatically to 1, the spindle pause input signal *SPL is shielded.
3.   When EHOF=1 is set for system parameter 008, the panel handwheel mode is active.
When EHOF=0 is set for system parameter 008, if external handwheel is selected, the panel handwheel mode is inactive. The former mode is shown as “****”. Thereby it is possible to prevent movement of panel-selected axis due to mis rotation of handwheel when external handwheel selection is off.
